Welcome to AuraMentrion (auramentrion.com), where we guide individuals in Mindfulness and Leadership. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Coaching and Workshops

Our coaching sessions and group workshops focus on personal growth and leadership through mindful practice. Sessions may be held online or on site at our location.

1.2 Info Products

We offer digital courses and written guides designed for self-paced learning in mindfulness and leadership.

1.3 Physical Goods

We provide branded items such as journals and books to support your practice.

2. Payment and Scheduling

All offerings require advance payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive scheduling details. To reschedule a session, contact us at least 7 days prior.

3. Refund Policy

At AuraMentrion, we strive to deliver excellence in every offering. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form. Below are the terms by offering type:

3.1 Coaching and Workshops

Refunds for individual coaching or group workshops are available if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days. You may also opt to transfer your session to another date or designate an alternate participant with at least 14 days notice.

3.2 One-on-One Intensives

Due to the tailored nature and preparation involved, one-on-one intensives are non-refundable. To accommodate shifts in schedule, you may reschedule without fee if notice is given 21 days in advance.

3.3 Info Products

Digital courses and guides may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3.4 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. To return, please contact us for instructions via the contact form. Upon receipt, we will refund shipping and product cost to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Transfers and Rescheduling

For eligible offerings, transfers and rescheduling requests must be made according to the timelines above. We will confirm any change via email.
